To place an order, all you need to do is fill out an order form that outlines the garments you require including garment colour, print size and colour (if applicable) and available sizes. You can then E-mail through your order form. We will then forward the garments to you.

Minimum Order Quantities

Some minimum order quantities may apply to some garments. Price and quantities are subject to negotiation.

Lead Times

Special make items are subject to negotiated lead times depending on fabric availability and shipping schedules. You will be notified.

Our standard carrier will be used for all deliveries unless we receive instructions to the contrary. Freight charges will apply.

  • All quotes valid for 14 days for date of issue/quote Includes GST
  • Delivery Costs are the responsibly of the Customer.
  • Returns will be accepted for 7 days
  • We do listen and act on any reasonable concerns that can crop up from time to time

General Process Check List

  • Request a formal quote
  • Email to us signed formal quote and client details form
  • You place the order
  • You supply your logo in the required format if you don't have it we do the artwork here which will be quoted a set up fee
  • We supply digital sample prior to production
  • We supply you with a sample garment prior to production on request
  • We proceed with the full order
  • For School establishments we require payment within 30 days
  • Payments: Direct Debit, Money Order of Cheque Accepted
